I’m a dedicated massage therapist with a passion for helping others feel their best – physically, mentally and emotionally.
I belive that massage is most effective when approached holistically and with a personal touch. Over time, I’ve developed a unique style that blends tradition, intuition and modern technique.
MASSAGE SERVICES
There are many different massage techniques, and each one offers its own unique benefits. The real question is: what’s your goal – healing or pure relaxation?
My professional training includes both Eastern methods (such as Yumeiho, Thai and Shiatsu) and Western techniques (like Deep Tissue, Swedish and Lymphatic massage).
I also specialize in fascia release and scar treatment, tailoring each session to your specific needs.
To support and enchance my treatments I may use tools such as:
- Massage gun
- Cupping therapy
- Fascia knife
- Floss bands
- Kineosology tape
For your convenience, home massage appointments are available by prior arrangement.
